She was the daughter of the late Lucien and Janet Bussière (nee Pratt) and beloved wife of the late Raymond Barrette and the late Victor Barrette.
She leaves behind her children Angela (André) Perron, Ray (Shelley) Barrette and Dave (Ginny) Barrette, her stepchildren and their family Marilyn, Linda, Barbara, Elaine and Robert, her grandchildren Ron (Heather), Lisa (Emilien), Nathan, Jasmine (Zach), Ryan (Melanie) and Michelle and her great-grandchildren Théo, Luca, Avery, Drake, Adrianna, Kaitlyn, Keegan, Amilia, Jace and Konner, her sisters Heather (Bob) Davitsky and Charmaine (Richard) Partridge. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, other relative and friends. she was a dear friend to Goldie Black and the late Richard Yorke.
A funeral Service will be held at Baptist Church, 283 Sixth Ave, Cochrane, on Tuesday October 4th, 2022 at 11am. Her ashes will be resting at the Cochrane Civic Cemetery.
