- Jean Alberta (Frost) Bussière passed away peacefully at the Muskoka Landing Nursing Home on Sunday, June 25,2023, she was in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Norman Gennoe and the late Yvon Bussieres. Cherished mother of the late Ross Gennoe (Bonnie) of Strathroy, Janice Kent (Mike) of Lasalle, Wayne Gennoe (Hughena) of Sundridge, Rick Bussieres (Gigi) of Houston, Texas, Mike Bussieres (Miriam) of Orillia and Andy Bussieres (Sheri) of Sundridge. Proud Grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 13. She will sadly be missed by her sibling Helen Caldwell. Predeceased by brothers John, Jim and George. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Family will receive friends at Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel on Thursday, June 29,2023 from 11 a.m. 1 p.m. followed by the Graveside service at Strong Cemetery. If desired, donation to the Alzheimer Society or Great Lakes Christian High School would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
