- Mary Bussiere, 84, of Franklin, and formerly of Manchester, died Aug. 20, 2000, in Franklin.
Mrs. Bussiere was born Dec. 16, 1915, in Manchester, daughter of James and Elizabeth (Brenner) Pollock, and had been a Manchester resident for many years before moving to Franklin several years ago.
Prior to retirement, Mrs. Bussiere was employed with the cafeteria department at Manchester West High School. She had also been employed with the Sheraton Wayfarer in Bedford.
Mrs. Bussiere was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Manchester, and was active in the womens groups of the church. Mrs. Bussiere was also a member of the Order of Eastern Star.
The family includes her husband, Harold J. Bussiere of Franklin; a son, Mark C. Bussiere of Franklin; five grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a brother, Raymond Pollock of Milford; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted today (Wednesday, Aug. 23), 11 a.m., at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 1112 North Main St., Manchester. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
