She liked to sew, go bowling, hooking rugs, and participated in the Special Olympics. She enjoyed spending time with her cat, "Smokie." Jeanne is survived by her brother, Thomas Bussiere and his wife Lisa of Salem, IN; and her sister Connie Knight and her husband Randy of Sterling Heights, MI. She is predeceased by her sister, the late Debbie Bussiere. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Jeanne's family for a funeral service at 10:00 am Tuesday April 17, 2012 in the Gilman Funeral Home, 104 Church St., Putnam. Burial will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Grosvenordale, CT 06255. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to "P.A.W.S", PO Box 191, Eastford, CT 06242.
