  	Irene C. Griffin, 91, of Litchfield, NH died on May 9, 2023 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH surrounded by her family. She is the daughter of the late Peter Bussiere and Margaret Mehegan of Pinardville, NH. Irene retired from MA Bell after 24 years as a telephone operator. In her spare time and retirement, she was an avid reader and a lover of nature. She enjoyed traveling, but most of all enjoyed being at home with her husband, Daniel. In addition to her devoted husband of 59 years, Irene will be greatly missed by her son Matthew Griffin and his wife Eleanor of Auburn, NH, her daughter Elizabeth Louis of Litchfield, NH, and her three grandchildren whom she adored, Jake Griffin Louis of Manchester, NH and Olivia and Jonathan Griffin of Auburn, NH, as well as her two nieces Valerie Janetos of Hampton, NH and Lisa Brideau of Nashua, NH. She will be truly missed and fondly remembered.
